THE BREAD

We prepare our buns in house and dare to assert that SHISHI is the only place in Sofia where you can taste real brioche buns.

THE MEAT

The meat we serve is grown by selected farmers under high quality control. Mincemeat is directly produced in our kitchen in special ratio for the best result.

THE VEGETABLES

We insist on quality and fresh vegetables. We process them in the kitchen. Marinating pickles and onion for example takes 12 days by a special Nemigenchev recipe.

THE LOCATION

SHISHI is located in an industrial building, far from the noise and bad words of the city jungle. Of course we deliver to your home or office and when needed - we serve catering or host a special culinary kitchen show.
